Outreach

The Oakville Quilters' Guild is proud of it's Outreach contributions to the Town of Oakville.  The Committee consists of 8-12 members who meet monthly to make kits, plan and sew quilts.

These kits are quilts are handed out at monthly meetings to be finished at home by our members.  We produce 40-50 quilts per year, which are donated to different organizations such as:

  • Ian Anderson House
  • Oakville Humane Society
  • Healthy Babies/Healthy Children
  • Dog Guides (Lion's Foundation of Canada)
  • S.A.V.I.S
